Return Policy

We are not happy until you are happy.  If when you receive your DONALEE DESIGNS piece if you are not 100% satisfied with it, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy.  All returns need to be made within 30 days.

Shipping Policy

We ship US Mail Priority unless you specify otherwise.  If you request overnight shipping we’ll use UPS or FedEx depending on your choice.  All shipping is at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise noted.  If you wish to order something and pick it up at our retail store,  please call us to make arrangements.
